What You Need to Know

Canadian Basement Replacements Inc., located in Warman, SK, was established in 2008.

Our Goal

To make your basement replacement as stress-free as possible by providing professional, quality service and value for your money.

The Process

  • The house is removed and raised from the existing foundation and blocked safely in its current location.
  • The old foundation is removed and recycled.
  • The area is excavated (to rough grade) and secured with a 6-foot fence.
  • The new foundation (ICF foundation, standard concrete, or your preferred foundation) is installed.
  • The house is lowered onto the newly constructed basement.
  • A new concrete floor is poured once your contractor has done rough-ins.

Don't Sweat the Small Stuff!

When considering doing a basement project, we take care of the small details that most contractors may not!

  • After your initial permit application we deal with inspectors and Municipal Code.
  • We do all line locates.
  • We do our own digging.
  • We take care of purchase, installation, tie down of centre beam.
  • We install teleposts.
  • We take care of extra fencing (6-foot) around the perimeter of the job site.
  • We secure the house to the new foundation.
  • We do an overall clean up to make sure you don't have to deal with any debris.
  • Overall we offer guidance and direction through the whole project!
